A three act (a song an act) melodrama about the coming of age of the American counterculture in the 60's and 70's as a generation moves from innocence to experience; idealism to disillusion to attempted re-integration. Highlights include rephotographed super 8 home movie footage of an alternative high school and a full blown hippie wedding. The climactic film from my feature length series ENGRAM SEPALS (Melodramas 1994-2000) which traces a history of American intoxication from World War 2 to the 1970's.
Gautam Govinda overview.
Impressed with the dedication shown by Police Inspector Gautam, the Commissioner of Police assigns him to police a lawless town, which is over-run by criminals, and where no police officer has survived for more than a few days. Gautam accepts this assignment, and travels to this town. He finds the town is indeed over-run by criminals, and ruled over by arrogant and aristocratic Dharamdutt. When Dharamdutt comes to know about Gautam, he asks his personal hit-man to get rid of him. The personal hit-man is none other than Govinda - a man who has never been beaten by anyone.

The software engineer tells Govinda why he tried to end his life and asks Govinda, who is also on the top of a building intending to jump off, for his story. Govinda tells his story in flashback about how he cheated on three girls and how he was cheated by the fourth one.
A Tantric believes that by donating a virgin woman's head to gods crown, would bring down the universe to his feet. How the hero and heroine gets entangled in the underworld nexus, while rescuing the robbery, forms the crux of the plot.
